Founded in the year 1992, ‘Mahesh N. Vora & Co.’ is a Chartered Accountancy Firm operating from the city of Bhuj (Kutch-Gujarat)- the land of white rann and the Biggest district of India. The firm was established by Shri Mahesh N. Vora as a proprietary concern on 24th December, 1992 at Bhuj. MNV is highly reputed for its single point destination to facilitating all the business needs of our clients through professional and reliable Consultancy solutions including, Direct Taxes, Indirect Taxes, Company Law Matters, Statutory Audit, Stock Audit and Internal Audit. Further we also deal in services involving Corporate Advisory and Project Finance, Working Capital Finance, Management Consultancy and Due Diligence Services etc.
Mr Mahesh Vora, FCA and the founder partner of the firm lead our business operations. Having a rich experience of nearly 30 years, he is the driving force behind the success of the Firm.
Recently he has been engaged in a partnership firm named Anjaria Vora and Shah which is an associate concern of the firm providing the value-added services and consistently delivering authentic, simple solutions relevant to our clients’ complex challenges.

Being Founder of MNV, CA Mahesh Vora is the driving force behind the success of the firm. He completed his schooling from M. S. V. High School Madhapar-Bhuj and Graduation (B.Com.) at Shree J.B.Thacker Commerce College Bhuj. He began his career in 1992, as a Member of ICAI. He ventured into practice by laying the foundation stone for Mahesh N. Vora and Co. in 1992. Further he is also partner with assocate firm named Anjaria Vora & Shah.
He has a strong legal and tax background with nearly 30 years of experience. He has been providing consulting and professional services to corporates in the fields of Audit as well as Taxation. In addition, his background includes considerable expertise in advising companies on various strategies. He specializes in handling assessments and handling Income Tax scrutinies with the Tax officers across all levels. He also assist advocates of High Court in respect of cases of clients. He is well versed in the search & seizure cases. Further, he has a vast experience and expertise in the areas of bank audits.
Outside of the profession, he enjoys life by watching movies, listening songs , playing sports and much more.

CA Jagrutkumar Avinash Anjaria hails from a family of Taxation Professionals with his father and elder brother having established themselves as Taxation Practitioners since 1959 and 1986 respectively.
His educational career culminated on passing the CA Final Exam held in November 1992 after having completed his schooling at Balshala, Shree Swaminarayan Vidyalay and Sheth Virji Devshi Highschool, Bhuj and Graduation (B.Com.) at Shree J.B.Thacker Commerce College Bhuj. He joined the Chartered Accountancy Course in the year 1989 and went on to clear CA Intermediate Examination held in May 1991 where he secured 46th Rank in the All India Merit List. Later on, in 2004, he went on to acquire Post Qualification Diploma in Information System Audit from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.He became an Associate Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with effect from 1-4-1993 and is holding Certificate of Practice from that date.
Auditing and Taxation has been the mainstay of his professional practice; reading, interpretation and litigation are his hobbies that relate to profession. Engaging with Professional Education activities that are organised by local Branch of ICAI, more as a participant and sometimes as a resource person, is also something that attracts him a lot! Outside of the profession, he tries to find meaning for his life through reading, following sports and current affairs and spending time with family.
CA Aditya Vora
Partner - Anjaria Vora & Shah
CA Aditya Vora, son of Founder of the MNV, CA Mahesh Vora is the second-generation professional committed to the growth of our organization. He completed his schooling at ST Xavier’s School Bhuj and Graduation for Graduation (B.Com.) at Shree J.B.Thacker Commerce College Bhuj. He passed his CA Examination held in December 2021 and became an associate member of ICAI in March 2022.
With his in-depth understanding and interpretation of the Income Tax, he has been able to deliver his valuable inputs in drafting as well as appearing before direct tax authorities. He is also undertaking litigation work with respect to GST Notices and assessment. Along with this he has expertise in Audit and assurance services provided by the firm.
Outside from profession his passion is to do modeling. He is awarded Mr Gujarat title in an Beauty Pageant held by Star Life Production. He is felicitated by many awards in the sports event organized by the Bhuj branch of ICAI. Along with all this he is black belt in Karate.
